APPEAL FILING
You have been linked to this page due to it not being the normal and allowable time frame for filing an appeal of your real estate assessment, notified to you through the notice of assessments (Form 11) sent in April each year. If you believe you still have the right to file an appeal, please give our Appeals Department a call to discuss at your earliest convenience; if so a direct link will be communicated to you at that time.
Otherwise, know that the e-filing option which brought you here will link directly to the online filing option during the next applicable window of time starting with the mailing of the Form 11s (2024) and up till the subsequent June 15th of that calendar year.
Once the 2024 Form 11s are mailed out (April - 2024) the online appealing capability will go live that day at approximately 8AM.
